KITCHEN MAnAGER
Charlottetown, PEI
We’re looking for a strong team player to take the lead position on our kitchen team as Kitchen Manager — someone who can lead by example, jump in when needed and, of course, have fun while doing it! You’ll work in a buzzing, exciting environment where you are the main event, and where entertaining customers and being part of “the show” is a big part of your job! You’ll be in charge of managing our back of house staff and steering the team in the right direction, leading by example, and helping us create some fabulous new flavours. This unique profession is a true joy for someone who loves to cook and enjoys Italian culture. We will invest in you by putting you through our extensive training program to ensure you have all the skills you need to lead the team. This position consists of Full Time Hours and offers Full Health Benefits, among other perks.
